Your account is a username, a password kept only as a bcrypt hash, and the characters you make. Your browser keeps a sign-in token and your settings - language, theme, which character you are playing - so the realm remembers you between visits. When you sign up, a one-way fingerprint of your address is stored, never the address itself, so that one person cannot quietly hold a dozen accounts. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing here is sold or passed to anyone.
Heirs of the Fire is a browser roleplaying game set in Westeros under the Targaryens. What can you do?
- Create and grow characters: roll your stats, earn and choose traits, and play your character in the world of Westeros. The game is largely generational – you can play several characters in different houses if you like. Titles pass from generation to generation, so everyone has a chance to play a character at every rank.
- Run your own house: from Targaryens riding dragons at the royal court, through lords ruling great houses, to lesser vassals focused on trade and the economy.
- Blackmail and scheme: uncover other players' secrets, blackmail them, forge alliances and negotiate the terms of the next marriage.
- Write letters and chat: diplomacy and relationships played out directly in the game drive the whole story, and the mechanics go hand in hand with them.
- Play your way: the game works on phones and doesn't demand constant activity, though being away can have consequences if you hold an important role. Get as involved in the world as you like. The game is fully bilingual!
